I appreciated the rapid response. Water was dripping from the ice maker in the freezer. The problem was a combination of dirty coils and a defective ice maker. Both were resolved and the problem was solved.

I received a bill this morning for $100.00 which i knew was the service call. I didn't pay it. One didn't realize it had to be pd before he got here. Why would I pay for a service before. So was told since I didn't pay before they wouldn't deduct it from the bill. I feel that's ridiculous
So I will not recommend this company will forward this opinion to Bbb

Very helpful and professional. When I initially called for my ice maker, they gave me three slots to choose from. The very next day my water stopped working next to the icemaker and when I called, they said that they could have someone out in five days. And I asked why were they available to fix something that same day and it would take five days to come fix something that they broke when they were out here. So finally, I told them I thought that was unacceptable. They got someone out here the very next day it was repaired. It was fixed. Try to make it sound like it was really a separate issue, but it clearly was not and since then the very first visit till now I have been absolutely inundated with request for reviews and Texts emails they just have not let me alone so I think this is a horrific business. And going back to the initial problem they charge me something like I don’t know what it was like $300 and for $300 I could’ve gotten a completely different icemaker rather than someone just like jiggle something and spray something that stunk up my house for two days so bottom line not very happy..

My refrigerator stopped cooling, so I called Appliances Pro USA. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed what I suspected, and explained that the replacement part would take 3–5 days to arrive.
To my surprise, they called just two days later to say the part was in and scheduled the repair for the following morning. Robert arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and had the repair completed quickly. Before he even left, the freezer was already blowing nice cold air again.
After he left, I started wiping down the inside of the freezer before putting my food back. I noticed a faint electrical burning smell and became concerned. I texted Robert, and without hesitation, he came right back to make sure everything was okay. He explained that the new heater hadn't even turned on yet, so the smell was likely just residue left behind from the old burned heater. He even suggested placing a bowl of baking soda in the freezer to help absorb any remaining odor.
I really appreciated that he took my concern seriously and came back so quickly to give me peace of mind. Great communication, prompt service, and excellent customer care from start to finish. I highly recommend Appliances Pro USA!

Rafael was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and ordered the part. Once the part came in, Appliances USA Pro even called on Sunday to let me know the part finally arrived and they would be out on Monday to fix it. Rafael showed up early in the time window provided and had the dryer up and working in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

As luck and life would have it, my Frigidaire French door fridge/freezer unit decided it was time to go on the fritz. I called Appliances USA Pro this morning for assistance, and a technician was out to my home within a few hours (on a Saturday!)

Alexander was my tech. He provided excellent and thorough service. He explained what was happening, how it could be fixed, and gave me a fair price to get my appliance up and running again. No pressure and no upselling. Alexander was super personable and very expedient. Great guy!

Normally a homeowner’s day is spent waiting for technicians to show up and get a job done, but not today! I made the call this morning, the work was done, and I have my afternoon free and clear for other weekend projects. Best of all- I don’t have to buy a new fridge/freezer.

If ever I need appliance repair again, I know who to call.
