We needed repair on our Bosch dishwasher end of December 2022. Bosch could not get here until sometime in February 2023. Called these guys and they came right away at one third the price Bosch was charging. In two days it was back up and running. They are very courteous and clean. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The tech we had was excellent. A very nice guy.

I contacted Appliance Repair USA Christmas Eve (December 24) because my refrigerator stopped working. I was promised I would receive a service call December 26. December 26, Rafael from Appliance Repair USA contacted me, and provided a service window. He arrived on time. He explained the issue with my refrigerator and provided a quote. He fixed my refrigerator in less than 20 minutes, explained how I could prevent future issues and reminded me I have a warranty.

Kudos to Rafael. I will definitely contact Appliance Repair USA and ask for Rafael for future issues with my appliances.

I found Appliance Repair USA online when my refrigerator stopped cooling. They were located nearby but more importantly the user reviews were impressive. Rafael showed up when promised, he was friendly, professional, informative and responded quickly to texts! The issue was fixed at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend this company for appliance repairs.

I had them come to diagnose my oven. It was 60.00 to start and when they said they could fix it it went to 180.00 to cut a few wires, stop them and reconnect to stove. Here less than 15 min. I will use again but will ask about price first. The guys were very good

Called them to check on me stove as nothing worked. They responded within 30 minutes.
Made appointment for the afternoon.
An hour before they were to arrive, I took a chance and unplugged stove and replugged to power after half hour and system rebooted....everything worked.
Called and cancelled appointment.
They were extremely helpful and assured me I would receive refund.
Very professional and I would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

The overload relay and the capacitor was broken which caused the motor and the refrigerator to not work ... and Rafael (Supervisor) and Gabriel both did an awesome job of fixing my refrigerator. I did contact Appliance USA unfortunately the parts are no longer made in North America and Appliance USA could not get the parts. It was not their fault. Even the manufacturer Fridgidaire does not have them for at least 7 months. Appliance USA was quick, ,Responsive. I would do business with them again.
